Lauch is a 4-week entrepreneurship summer program for high school students. Young entrepreneurs will start a company in teams, pitching to a panel of judges and investors at the end of the summer. Classes are taught by MIT and Harvard Business School students and alumni, successful entrepreneurs, and professors from top tier schools. Teams are also given a network of mentors with a wealth of business and entrepreneurship experience to help guide and support them during the startup process.

STEP 1: IDEA DEVELOPMENT
Creative process and laying out the initial business model canvas hypotheses
STEP 2: TEST THE VALUE HYPOTHESIS
Ensure there is a customer need that is big enough and valuable enough to address with the offering
STEP 3: TEST THE GROWTH HYPOTHESIS
Determine how to reach customers, price optimally, and develop operations to deliver the offering
STEP 4: PUT IT TOGETHER / LAUNCH!
Develop projections and pitches and prepare for the needs ahead
LEADERSHIP AND SOFT SKILLS TRAINING THROUGHOUT
Additional leadership, teamwork, resiliency, time management, and communication skills courses are integrated throughout the program to promote team effectiveness and maximum efficiency not just in starting companies during the summer, but professionally and personally in any pursuit going forward.
