Why did my school official/counselor get an email asking them to complete a recommendation?
Both your school official and your recommendation writers will receive an email titled“Recommendation Request from *Your Name*”. Once they sign on to Slideroom, they will select whether they are there to write a recommendation or upload your transcript.
My recommender and/or school official didn’t get an email from Slideroom?
Please have the recommender or school official contact Slideroom directly (at firstname.lastname@example.org).They should include your name and the program you are applying to in their email.
How do I pay the application fee?
The non-refundable $150 USD application fee can be paid with a credit or debit card (most major cards,such as Visa and MasterCard, are accepted). This fee is paid at the end of the application, immediately before you submit your completed application.
Are standardized test scores, like the SAT or ACT, required?
All students are strongly encouraged to provide test scores from the PSAT, SAT or ACT. Additionally,TOEFL scores are strongly encouraged.
Can I be accepted to RSI Tsinghua and arrive late or leave early to pursue other commitments?
Selected students are expected to arrive and remain at the RSI Tsinghua program for the duration.
Can students who are not Chinese citizens apply to and attend RSI Tsinghua?
At this time, RSI Tsinghua is only open to applicants who are Chinese Nationals.
How can I upload multiple score reports?
You may only upload one score document to your application. Please merge your score reports into one PDF document before uploading to Slideroom.
